Yes! As a part of Mindful Therapy Group I am a preferred provider on many insurance plans, please contact me to confirm I am in network with your insurance.

If I am a out-of-network provider on your insurance plan, our sessions may be partially covered. For this, you would pay for sessions in full, and I will provide a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you seek to use this method then please ask your insurance providers if they reimburse for out-of-network behavioral health or mental health services.

Finding a new therapist can be a daunting task. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations, but find that often sitting together in person is the best way to get a feel of how we will work together. I believe that access to high quality mental health services is a human right, and therefore I’m passionate about lowering barriers and thresholds to therapy as much possible.

My standard cost for a 55 minute session is $140. I do offer therapy on a sliding scale, so if you have concerns about the cost, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to sitting with you.
